Thanks to Dr. Pearsall, my mother's sight was preserved. Although she had been to see many consultants at Whipps and kept all appointments, her sight was allowed to deteriorate to a point where she could have easily been left blind. Thanks to Dr. Pearsall's quick response and excellent care, my mother has retained her sight. We are eternally grateful to Dr. Pearsall for her diligence in her treatment and care. Not only is her technical expertise and knowledge excellent, but also her ability to empathise and answer patient questions. My mother felt at ease and most importantly, confident and safe in Dr. Peasall's care. We will continue to insist on seeing Dr. Pearsall who we owe a huge debt of gratitude to. Many thanks to her and all the nursing and support staff who have been and continue to be so helpful through a difficult time.

If I said that each day is an amazing day, I would not be off the mark - it gives me extreme joy to be able to deliver care to my patients and it is the thing that warms my heart and uplifts me. It makes that journey to med school, training and each day that I continue to learn through experience so VERY important. It is so good to hear that we are getting there together and I am grateful of the feedback. I can certainly pledge that we will be doing everything we possibly can to make your eye care the best we can..

November 27 It is now 5 days since my second cataract operation. Tahmina has been a most caring and skilful surgeon through out this time. She gave expertly of her time and knowledge. I now have one lense for long sight and one for short. To date this is working perfectly as I can now read and drive without glasses. Thank you Tahmina.

For the majority of my working life I had private medical treatment and can truthfully say that at no time did I ever receive better treatment than from Ms Pearsall. She operated on both eyes for glaucoma and her care, knowledge, 'bedside manner' and patience was without fault. She explained everything and took time to answer all my questions and concerns. She was happy to joke with me while operating. because I needed to make light of it to hide my anxiety. Her follow-up sessions were for as long as I needed. In short, she was/is absolutely marvelous. I would recommend her to anyone.

For me whether my patients are private or NHS, optimum treatment is key and the care must be right. I want to ensure that my patients can trust that we will do everything we can. We really want to make sure our patients are comfortable and that they "enjoy" their visits to the treatment centre. Thank you for recognising our efforts.
